Growing up in a family that prioritized well-being, Fernanda has always been interested in topics related to nutrition, health, and exercise.

This led her to first pursue a Bachelor in Nutrition and Wellness while working in hospitals in the field of clinical nutrition.

Fernanda now focuses on the relationship between nutrition, well-being, and mindfulness, having complemented her degree with studies in Psychology, Parenting, and Emotional Coaching. She believes that creating healthy habits and a positive relationship with food is an important skill that will last a lifetime.
