Class Description

The only way to learn a new language is to put it into practice.

Learn light-hearted songs to practice and reinforce using sign language on a daily basis with your little ones.

This interactive session involves playful singalongs that help you practice using American Sign Language (ALS) signs with your little ones.

Lee Ann will help you practice songs, learn new ones, and build familiarity with signing vocabulary, so you feel comfortable using signs in daily life, and enjoy class time together.

Meet our Expert:

Lee Ann Steyns 

With an extensive early education background that includes teaching pre-school and designing children’s programs for her city’s Parks and Recreation Department, Lee Ann has been teaching baby sign language for over 16 years. Her superpower is creating a variety of baby signing classes that are extremely fun for babies and effective for parents.

The goal is for parents to learn how to boost early communication and bond with their babies using American Sign Language vocabulary. Lee Ann is based in Vancouver, Canada.

Fernanda now focuses on the relationship between nutrition, well-being, and mindfulness, having complemented her degree with studies in Psychology, Parenting, and Emotional Coaching. She believes that creating healthy habits and a positive relationship with food is an important skill that will last a lifetime.
